- Rapid roll-up door for interior use, Class 2 for wind (450 Pa).
- Guides, Lintel and Cover Lintel in anodized extruded aluminium (20 µ, T5 treatment) with brushes for sliding and cable housing (hidden cables).
- Stainless steel roller and console.
- PVC Canvas with 1 full vision panel, maximum reinforced bars, 1 mm. thickness, 950 gr/m2, fireproof M2, conforming to norm UNE-EN 1421.
- Profiles and screws in stainless steel.
- Safety Light Curtain 2 m or 2,50 m high, safety edge not necessary.
- High quality motor and IP65 control box are very easy to programm.
- Opening speed 0,93 m/s.

Designed for areas with large access dimensions in industrial and commercial sectors. Facilitates the fluency of the traffic with a low noise level. Reduces draughts and minimizes temperature loss, CE class 3 rating for wind resistance. Anodized aluminum structure and stainless steel complements. Very resistant to corrosion. Preinstalled door facilitates and reduces the exposure time.

Rapid roll-up door with self-repairing full curtain
Heavy duty automatic flexible door featuring a special and innovative self-repairing system; should the curtain accidentally get dislodged, it will automatically be recovered with a simple opening and closing operation.

- Hot-galvanised steel available in the RAL versions with oven-baked epoxy coating with smooth finish or fine satin- finish AISI 304 stainless steel, complete with galvanised curtain winding pipe and with vertical uprights fitted with special self-lubricating sliding guide installed on a shockabsorbing spring system.
- Provision for roll-up roller casing
- DSC electronic safety device to reverse motion when door is closing if an obstacle is hit
- Heavy duty motor: 3 phase 400 V motor, complete with limit switch and electrically operated hand brake
- IP55 rated electronic panel, complete with open-closestop membrane push-button panel with Autotest function, in compliance with European Directives 2006/42/CE and 89/106/CE
- Provision for manual opening device with operation crank

- Full size flexible curtain entirely made of Class 2 selfextinguishing polyester, with no horizontal strengthening parts, which slides inside the side hinges and features self-repairing properties and high resistance to air and wind pressure to 120 km/h.

Construction
Primed galvanised sheet steel. Self supporting, needing only to be secured at the top and the bottom. Has two legs that act as guides and a casing which spans the opening.
Seal
Curtain fixings are fully adjustable to ensure the rubber safety bottom edge contacts the floor to provide a reasonable seal.
Side Guides
The side guides feature a special aluminium extruded profile to protect the canvas curtain from excessive wear.
Curtain
Reinforced with horizontal steel tubes to provide resistance against high wind loads. The end of the tubes are capped with rubber to prevent wear and reduce noise.
Vision Panels
Two rows of windows supplied as standard. Extra rows can be fitted at no extra cost.
Low temperature fast action high speed doors
These doors can be fitted to both sides of a cold store, with heaters fitted to the guide system which prevent tracking of the cold temperature.
